Evolution of smooth lip balms or eos as they are known as is the new big thing. I first heard of the lip balm when Kim Kardashian started using it. Of course with Kim Kardashian being such an influential figure I'm sure many of you have also heard or even used the lip balm. It was first introduced in the United States but you are able to purchase the product in the Uk from such shops as urban outfitters. The product itself retails for around £6 depending on where you pick it up from.
I first tried the lip balm after having extremely bad lips. With the balm being non greasy I thought that it would be better suited to last longer, preventing my lips from drying up. I was right, unlike some balms that you buy they leave your lips feeling greasy and slimy for the duration of using them. However this product once applied doesn't do that at all. Once applied if feels refreshing and soaks into the dry patches on your lips. It lasts much longer than most lip balms because it doesn't disappear every time you rub your lips together.
The packaging is also easy to use, coming in a round put you don't have to worry about getting it on your finger when applying you can apply straight out the tub. By rubbing the balm over your lips, you don't even need much to hydrate even the driest of lips. It comes with a easy screw on lid and is the perfect size to take anywhere. Better yet you can also chose which flavour suites you best. Most balms you buy just come in the one flavour however eos comes in such a variety you'll be spoilt for choice. The two that I currently have are summer fruits and blueberry. They each have a different unusual scent to die for you just can't resist.
With all the flavours and scents that eos stock the majority or fruity summery ones. This leaves them as your must have summer lip balm. Coming in all different fun coloured tubs you could get a balm to suite any summer outfit you fancy.
