Food Swaps For A Healthier Lifestyle



I think this post is very much so overdue. I'm going to share with you just a few foods that I will be swapping to make my lifestyle healthier and fitter. Above you can see some chocolate crunch cakes that I made for easter and I must say they were so good but can not be good the amount of chocolate that they contain.




Here I also have some more easter cakes which were made by clo and where so good as well. I could of eaten them all.  Although they are really good I think I indulge a little too much. Maybe I could try next time to make some healthy cakes or I might even give flapjacks a go.



So now after sharing some foods which I'm going to cut out here is what I'm going to replace them with. Fruit! I love strawberries and these are from the farm shop and taste so fresh and are sourced locally. Not just strawberries though but all fruit and juices instead of fizzy. This way I'm thinking of my teeth too.



One of my last swaps is salad. I used to go and make salads from the grocery store like this all the time but recently its just become so much easier to pick on little things or even get a take away. With the summer coming up look how good this looks and fresh and light.
In the upcoming weeks I intend to share with you come of the healthier meals that I have and maybe some healthy baking too.
