However the Dandelion blusher is the complete opposite, it lasts all day with a fresh appearance. With it being a light powder the more you apply the rosier you cheeks appear. I do like to have quite rosy cheeks so I normally apply quite a bit but with it being such a soft pink colour it looks great. You can get some blushers that make you look like a tranny if you apply too much, this definitely isn't the case. The more that you apply the better. It has such a natural glow anyone can get away with wearing as much as they like.
Benefit claim that ''Finely spun with delicate mauve's and pinks, this exquisite brightening face powder leaves a petal like finish.'' They couldn't be more to the point! Unlike so many blushers that are too heavy and dark on the face this was one does the complete opposite. So many blushers are too harsh on your cheeks and leave an unnatural appearance but the dandelion blusher does what it claims. It leaves your cheeks looking flushed with a natural bright appearance. This blusher would be great for anyone with light/fair skin who may be wary of using blusher in case it does come out too heavy on their face. But I would recommend this product to anyone whatever their skin tone. With the fact that the blusher can appear darker the more you apply but still look great and natural I think that anyone could carry this off.
On my own skin, although I wouldn't say that I have the lightest skin during the winter months it definitely isn't the most tanned. The blusher sits perfect regardless of if I have make up on already or just add a little blush to brighten my face up. Although Benefit do stock a variety of blushers and cheek stains the dandelion blusher is the only one that claims to brighten the face. The product can not only be used as a blusher for your cheeks but a brightening finishing powder that is recommended to blush all over your face for a brightening appearance.
I would recommend this blusher to anyone that suffers with a dull appearance that needs a little brightening. The blusher can be suited to any skin type. Although if you do have dry skin you would normally stay clear of products like this I would recommend this for your skin. It is such a light powder that it will not make your skin worse and will stay on throughout the day.
Who will be going to pick up their Benefit Dandelion blusher?
Lots of love,
Clo x
