With the summer just round the corner a spa day is just what I need to feel summer ready. I went for the spa day with my mother as she was the one who brought me the day as a Christmas present. 

The Perks Of Being A Wallflower; Book Review

Ok so I have always seen so many instagram pictures and heard everyone say that they have read 'the perks of being a wallflower' and I had to see what the fuss was about. Most people who have read the book seemed to be teenagers around my age of nineteen. Now I can see why, after just reading the blurb the book is aimed completely at teenagers growing up and what they may experience.

Homemade Toffee Cheesecake

 

 

Now I have always wanted to make my own cheesecake and until I looked it up I always thought that it would be really hard. I was so wrong, the recipe was so easy to follow and make! Not knowing what flavour I wanted the cheesecake to be I made the recipe plain then added toffee sauce to the top to finish the dessert.

For my first attempt I think that I done very well, see what you think?

A Weekend In London Part Two; Shake Shack

So carrying on our weekend in London we was also able to visit the Shake Shack. Now this is somewhere I originally saw on Instagram and immediately wanted to visit. Although I am not in fact eating meat for may I was still so excited to visit the restaurant and try out there vegetarian options.

So yeah I know that Christmas was a long time ago now and as a present for my boyfriend I brought him the Arsenal stadium tour. Although he has been to Arsenal many times this is so different. Not only do you see the ground but you see it from a players point of view. Unfortunately it has taken us quite a while to get round to doing the tour but this weekend we finally done it.

The tour started off in the store shop. Here you had to type your name into a computer screen so that you would get a certificate at the end. We then had to que to get our audio set before starting the tour.

Of course with Kim Kardashian being such an influential figure I'm sure many of you have also heard or even used the lip balm. It was first introduced in the United States but you are able to purchase the product in the Uk from such shops as urban outfitters. The product itself retails for around £6 depending on where you pick it up from.

As promised here is my review and thoughts on essies matte polish. This may be a miracle product that could save you endless amounts of money. You'll never have to get your favourite nail varnish in normal and matte. With this one polish you'll be able to transform all your nail polishes to matte with just a stroke of a brush. I know I have definitely had this problem before and purchased both the matte and metallic polishes in the same colour. Sometimes you want the polish to appear shiny but there is them occasions that a matte polish is needed, it makes your nails look smarter and so much neater.

Laduree Macarons | London

As many of you may know Laduree is a famous bakery in Paris that was founded in 1862 and is famous for its macarons. A sweet/ dessert like no other I have always wanted to try them. Little did I know that when I visited London they had a shop there. Right in the middle of Covent gardens! Of course I wanted to go and see what all the fuss was about. At £1.75 each I purchased a vanilla one before buying a box. It was delicious! With a soft center, but a firmer yet still soft outside. I had to buy a box to enjoy more of their amazing flavours!
